Preparation


New students are welcome from all levels, and no additional pre-training preparation is needed. A common misconception of Thai Boxing is that you need to be fit before start: while it would help, we encourage you to get your fitness in training.

We recommend the day you intend to train, ensure you hydrate yourself properly during the day and refrain from eating later than two hours before the class commences. This ensures maximum energy and fat burn during the class.

All you will need for your first couple of lessons, is a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. If you are training on a regular basis you will have to buy you own training and sparring gear, available for purchase from the club.
